Política de reembolso

If you receive a damaged item you can exchange the item within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery. If a replacement for your item is not available you will be refunded in full for your order. Any return requests made after SEVEN (7) DAYS will NOT be accepted.

All returns and cancellations will incur a 20% restock fee, unless noted otherwise. Shipping will be deducted from your refund and return shipping will be your responsibility.

How To Return Damaged Items & Unwanted items:

1) Contact xo steele by email at orders.xosteele@gmail.com within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery.

2) Please provide the following:

  • A detailed explanation of the damage
  • A photo or photos of the damage
  • A photo of the outer box and shipping label that can be sent to the shipping provider for an insurance claim to be filed.

3) When your return has been approved you will receive an RMA number. Any returns made without a RMA number will NOT be accepted.

4) Ship the item(s) back inside a standard shipping box. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package.

  • Unwanted items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • Opened or damaged items may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • There may be some exceptions to this policy, such as for custom-made items. Please contact us for more information.

5) Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund within 7-10 business days.
